You are welcome to contact us with any questions you may have about our products before you purchase them. If you download a file that is damaged or defective in any way, please notify us and you will be provided with a revised copy of the damaged item. If you experience difficulty downloading, please see our support section for assistance. All tangible products including CDs are inspected carefully prior to shipping. Peppermint Creative takes no responsibility for damages caused by postal service.
Shipping (Tangible Products)
All board books and CDs are shipped from Canada by Canada Post Air Mail. The shipping costs for CD Burning Orders are included in the cost of the CD. Shipping costs for other tangible products are calculated upon checkout based on the weight of the item(s) and the distance of travel.
If you would like to know how much your order will cost to ship, simply place the item(s) in your cart, enter your shipping address, and press Continue. Your shipping charges will be calculated before you enter any billing information. Please contact us if you require special accommodations outside of Priority Mail.
Product Delivery (Digital Products)
All digital products may be downloaded directly from your Peppermint Creative account immediately after purchase. Links will remain available to you for 7 days or 5 download attempts. If you have chosen to pay by e-check you will be given access to your links once your e-check clears. You will not receive any digital products by postal mail unless you purchase our CD Burning Service.
