The kids and I just had vegetable and cheese pot pies and apple crisp for dinner tonight. We're going for a nice fall walk with my parents tomorrow and having dinner at their place. And I'm making a chocolate peanut butter pie for dessert (mmm). Lots of scrapbooking opportunities. I hope everyone's having a great weekend :happydance:

We had our Thanksgiving dinner last night at my parents' house. It was a humongous feast! Turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, yams, perogies, stuffing, meatballs, wild rice casserole, ham, three kinds of salads, and probably more that I am forgetting!
For dessert there were about six types of pie and an amazing blueberry dessert that I gorged on. Good thing I remembered to wear stretchy pants!
Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!

Vegetarian here too :) We had cheese and vegetable pot pies last night and tonight my parents got Schneider's Au Naturel vegetarian chicken cordon bleu (they barbequed chicken for themselves). We also had squash, corn, salad, and mashed sweet and regular potatoes. I made a chocolate peanut butter pie for dessert.
