It is such a beautiful, beautiful fall day here!! ::yipee:: I'm going to force the family out for a fall hike later today.

Are the leaves changing for you? Are there other signs of fall for you (or spring)?

LOL Joscie

Signs of spring have been here for awhile now, all the leaves and flowers are out and the flowers are smelling beautiful. Another sign of spring is that our grape vine has finally started to grow leaves and the grapes are budding :)

I wish there was a pumpkin patch we could visit around here. The selection at the grocery store is abysmal and totally not as fun. I will however take the kids to pick out a couple. Last year Cooper became friends with all the pumpkins we bought and he played with them for hours!

Holy cow...what happened to Fall where I live? I woke up to 6 inches of snow today and now there is easily a foot of snow on my back deck! Yikes, I'm not ready for winter. My cherry tree still has green leaves on it. I took great pics so expect a page about this one.

The leaves are changing here ::yipee::. It looks so pretty. I took the kids out for a fall photo shoot yesterday and tomorrow we're going for a walk with my parents at Heber Downs (a local conservation area) then we're having Thanksgiving dinner. My Mom collected a bunch of fall leaves for the dinner table too.

It's gorgeous here right now. Both today and tomorrow are supposed to be sunny and 25C.

Yes, not only are the leaves changing colors (gorgeous I might add, need to photograph that quick!) and dropping to the ground, but the WINDS...omg, we had like tornado winds yesterday along with the rain...this is the norm..but still, I totally dislike it and hey, I don't live in TX either..I'm in NORTHERN New Mexico, up in the mountains....TY El Nino or Pinta, Santa Maria....yeh!!!!!!

Nothing this early especially this much of it that I remember. TV news weatherman said nothing this early since 1984 or something like that.

September was unseasonably warm all month (spoiled me) and then bam--we skipped fall and went straight to winter. Yuck!:hissy:

Our yard is orange red yellow all over the place. I love it! We were supposed to get a family picture yesterday and it didn't happen. I'm hoping we can try today. I doubt it. I had to run around yesterday taking pictures of the yard because all the leaves will be gone before we know it.

We've had some pretty early snow around here but right now it's been raining for three days straight. At least we don't have to shovel the rain though! I am SO not ready for winter and we probably have just a few weeks before the dang snow flies.

I think I'll just hibernate until April (and I probably could after that huge Thanksgiving dinner last night!)

In AZ we've had some random weather! On Saturday in our house it was about 80 degrees when we went to bed, and we woke up to 68 degrees inside! It's randomly like 10-20 degrees colder than it's been for awhile, and it happened over night! I think the high was in the low to mid 70's yesterday! Right now it's only 71!

haha! So many people had jackets on today! It was a bit nippy without one.
