Alright, I've got a photographer booked for Nov. 15th so we can get Allie's first year pics AND get pics for our Christmas cards. We are limited on pretty BGs here in the DESERT... no pretty trees with falling leaves, certainly no snow... so we're going for the urban look! :) What colors should we wear? I look really good in brown and blue... DH looks good in just about everything... same with Allie.

Yeah, but I was kinda thinking we wouldn't go with traditional Christmas colors this year.... I just really don't like how I look in red and certainly not green. lol

We're doing brown and blue this year, kind of a light....almost turquoise blue. That's what Abbie and I are wearing, and the boys are wearing brown polo shirts, all of us with dark jeans.

I love the demin with white tops look! Casual, but coordinated. I think it makes for great family photos :D

I wasn't sure where to put this...here or in the Christmas Photo thread. LOL! Anyway, this is our card from 2 years ago. (I skipped last Christmas. LOL!) Do you think it'd be BAD to do white shirts and ties again this year? I love the look...with jeans and bare feet. :) I think we're going to do different ties this time, meaning they wouldn't match. (Card made with Jen Wilson schtuff!)

im also a big fan of jeans and bare feet. that's how i had jacob take his first and second year pics. sooooo cute!
meeeegan -since you're doing more of an urban look and want to do blue and brown... maybe throw some burgundy in there somehow? maybe burgundy and brown? i dont know... lol. it's not red-red but still christmas enough and urban enough at the same time. maybe? lol
