Click-a-Pic Challenge #38 "Flowers"

To go hand in hand with the landscape/nature challenge, I thought that flowers fit the bill nicely as a great companion challenge. Especially this time of year, flowers are starting to bloom and erupt into brilliant colors and fragrances.

With landscape photography you tend to photograph at a wider angle and with flowers a tighter zoomed in perspective is usually necessary. Flowers also make great macro photography subjects, picking up detail and color with amazing clarity.

For this challenge photograph flowers. Any kind, any color, any shape. They can be growing outside or they can be a beautiful arrangement on your kitchen table. Wherever you find flowers, photograph them.

Pixel Chick, those are Apple Blossoms! They are beautiful now, but...in the fall you'll have a mess of rotten apples to clean up off your lawn! :gah:Enjoy the blooms while they last!! LOL

i liked the detail you captured and the composition. the colors were fresh and very spring!

No worries if you can't find the data MM, I was just staring at how clear the flowers are but then the bg is still blurred (more so in the 2nd shot) and since I am really try to get better with the photography I was totally curious!
