During the course of this year's Project 365, I've run across several odd photo subjects that I've found make interesting photographs.

One in particular is simple: “things on chairs”. And it's as simple as it sounds. Place something on a chair and photograph it. The trick is to make it look artsy or abstract. Also think about your perspective and how that adds interest to the photo. Use actions to create vintage looks or texture.

Sometimes photographing the simplest things leads to some of the most beautiful works of art.

If you have any questions please feel free to post them or email me. I'm here to help.*

You have from*Friday Mar. 18th*to*Thursday Apr. 1st*to shoot your photos for this theme. Below are some examples to get the creative juices flowing. Good luck and I look forward to seeing everyones photos!

Our little neighbor boy came over yesterday to show us his turtles. I got the idea to stack them and take a photo (remembering the chair challenge). The kid asked why I was taking the picture, and when my DH told him I was putting the picture online, he got really protective and took them away! He refused to let me take any more! LOL

I still like the photo, although if I would have had more time I probably would have played with the angles more.
