Click-a-Pic Challenge #32 "Love..."

Love is patient, love is kind. It can be all consuming or quiet and eternal. It is one of our strongest emotions and moves us in ways we cannot explain.

For this challenge I want everyone to photograph love. Maybe that means a hug or a kiss, or reading a book to your toddler or just a brief moment in time that says “i love you!” Maybe it means breakfast in bed, or love notes on the mirror... Your favorite outfit, book or song...

Love can mean anything...so your only limit is your own creativity.

You have from*Friday Feb. 12th*to*Thursday Feb. 25th*to shoot your photos for this theme. Below are some examples to get the creative juices flowing. Good luck and I look forward to seeing everyones photos!

sarah, your pics are so inspiring!!! whenever i read the instructions i cannot think of a single thing to photograph, most of the times it sounds so difficult... and then i see your examples and always wonder where you get your ideas??? i whish i could take just one pic as great as yours!!!

so i'll try to photograph love this week. and i really don't want another kiddie pic so a lot of thinking has to be done! :teehee:

Birgit you give me too much credit. more often than not, my photos are "happy accidents" rather than planned. or the idea i was going for gets shifted towards something else.

for example, the first photo of Zander & Ava was just of me snapping pics of them one morning playing together. nothing special just an average day.

the 2nd photo of the lizards i just happened upon them...they were on our front porch when we came back from the park, so i pulled my camera out and got a few shots.

the 3rd photo i'd seen something similar online and decided to give it a try and my own spin.

the 4th was one a friend took for me at mine & my husband's 10th anniversary party.

and the one of us on the floor, well i had an entirely different idea in mind, but he kept laughing and that would make me laugh and the tripod got bumped a bit so the alignment wasn't what i wanted. but after looking at all the photos we took, that one had the most character even if it wasn't perfectly exposed or composed or whatever.

i think one just has to look for the "art" in the everyday. it takes practice.

but i do appreciate your wonderful compliments!! :D

This is probably my FAVORITE shot I took. It's not perfect and
you can see I was attempting to focus on the sonogram and messed
up and got the family instead as they were goofing around - and this
picture just warms my heart. I LOVE candids!!!!
